R&B singer Usher is once again heading to court against a woman previously charged with harassing him. According to Straight From The A, Usher has filed a new restraining order against Darshell Jones-Rakestraw, after receiving very unnerving Instagram and Twitter messages. In 2012, Jones-Rakestraw was previously hit with the restraining order after she came to his home.

Police were called to Usher’s place after Jones-Rakestraw started banging on the door demanding to be let in. Once authorities arrived, Jones-Rakestraw was issued a warning to stay clear from Usher’s home. The next day, Jones- Rakestraw came back to Usher’s home and tried to gain entry claiming to be his wife and misplaced her keys. Police quickly arrested the Ohio native and Usher was granted a temporary restraining order. Jones-Rakestraw was then taken to a psychiatric ward for a mental evaluation but was released.

Jones-Rakestraw posted a video on YouTube excited to receive Usher’s signature, but claimed he was slandering her character. She insisted Usher was providing her with money, and could prove it with bank statements. A judge then granted Usher’s request for a restraining order against Jones- Rakestraw, but it ran out June 2013. Once the restraining order ended, Jones-Rakestraw did keep her distance from Usher but still maintained he was in contact with her and began to send him racing Instagram pictures. The Voice former judge refiled his petition once again on Nov. 21, when she started to reach out to him on social media.
