Solange Knowles was going for a very specific look as she tied the knot with Alan Ferguson today!

It was a beautiful day for a white wedding in New Orleans as Solange and Alan got married at the Marigny Opera House this afternoon.

The “Losing You” singer requested that her guests wear all-white for the ceremony, and they fabulously followed suit. Solange’e big sister Beyonce was on-hand for the nuptials, wearing a form-fitting gown. Meanwhile Bey’s hubby Jay Z stepped out in an all-white tuxedo and their daugther, Blue Ivy, donned a pretty cream-colored dress.

MUST READ: REPORT: Solange Is Getting Married This Weekend!

It’s not clear whether Bey was part of the wedding party (assuming Solange had bridesmaids), but she was definitely among the guests. Reports place the guest list somewhere between 50 and 200 people. Solange and Alan do have a lot of friends, but it wouldn’t be completely unexpected of them to keep their ceremony small. One person who was definitely among the well-wishers was Solange’s good friend Janelle Monae.

Solange and her new hubby kept things a little quirky as they were seen hopping on white bikes in their wedding attire earlier today. Staying on theme was very important. Although her bike did have a bouquet, the bride also decided that a tradtional wedding dress just simply wasn’t her style. She walked down the aisle in a cream-colored cat suit and cape, for a more avant garde bridal look for her big day.
