I’ve been watching Elle Varner‘s career blossom since the beginning. Our first meeting was at a NYC club in the women’s restroom. I swear I was not stalking her. Ever since then she’s turned in to my real life industry girlfriend who just so happens to be a Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter.

Recently, Elle stopped by to see #TeamBeautiful (and to serenade us with some of her new music) and we chatted a bit about fashion and beauty of course.
