Evelyn Lozada Drops Her Baby Weight

Well that was fast. “Basketball Wives” (or should we say baseball soon-to-be wife) Evelyn Lozada dropped 30 pounds of baby weight in seven weeks. Want to know how? Well she didn’t eat lettuce like Beyonce…

Ev, who’s quite the fitness guru, used a combination of healthy eating, exercise and the weight loss supplement youthH20 to snap back to her old shape.

“I’m proud of where I’m at so far. My body feels like it’s almost back to normal.[…]I also work out three to four times a week. I have been sleep deprived lately and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule. But, on the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio, weight training — which I love — and hiking.

Ev gained a total of 42 pounds during her pregnancy so she’s more than half way towards her ideal weight.
