Actress Tika Sumpter graced the blue carpet for the DirectTV Super Saturday event a couple weeks ago in a look that’s been on my mind ever since. The gorg gal rocked a Burberry leather jacket, Milly Spring 2014 crop top and skirt, Christian Louboutin pumps and a sleek clutch by Oroton. It was yet another flawless look styled by dynamic duo Wayman + Micah.

There are so many things to love about this look. For one, there’s the sexy, yet sophisticated lazer cut pencil skirt. I love how Tika paired it with black boy shorts but the look can be taken to the boardroom with the addition of white lining. I also am in love with how the leather jacket adds major attitude. A bit of sweet and street, how chic! 10s across the board! Here’s three ways to make it yours today.

Look 1: Topshop crop top, Pierre Balmain skirt (Sale Alert!)

Pair a Topshop skirt with a Pierre Balmain skirt and Mango jacket. Then add a lust-worthy Pandora Kiss Me clutch (splurge alert!). For beauty, go with a NYX matte red lip and Sonia Kashuk bronzer.

Look #2: Topshop crop top, River Island skirt

Keep it colorblocked in a Topshop crop top, River Island skirt, Vero Moda jacket, python Christian Louboutin Pigalles and Hervé van der Straeten cuff. Pucker up to NARS‘ semi matte lipstick and a matching Butter London mani.

Look 3: MSGM crop top, Belstaff skirt (Sale alert!)

Step into the room in a MSGM crop top, Belstaff skirt, and Mango jacket. Add icing to the cake with Otte New York rings, Dior blush and Elie Saab perfume.
