4:00pm:

Chris Brown and his bodyguard are still in custody and since Brown is still on probation, he could face up to four years, in prison, if convicted. TMZ spoke to the victim of the violent altercation. According to the man, Brown was taking a picture with two girls when he and his friend attempted to get in on the photo. Brown allegedly “went nuts, punching him in the face and breaking his nose.  He went to the hospital and says he may need surgery as early as tomorrow.” The victim also said Chris hurled homophobic slurs, “I’m not into this gay s**t, I’m into boxing,” he said.

Chris Brown’s sources are claiming the opposite. Brown’s people say, the unknown man and his friend were trying to get on Chris’ bus after they had just blocked two females’ attempts, and brown was simply trying to stop them from trespassing.

10:30am:

It looks like anger got the best of Chris Brown again. The “Sweet Love” singer was arrested for felony assault in Washington, DC this morning after he allegedly got into a one-sided fight with a man outside the W Hotel, TMZ reports. Brown, known for his on-again, off-again relationship with Rihanna, punched the man in the face after they had an argument. Chris Brown’s body guard was also arrested.

Brown had been hosting a party at Park and 14th nightclub earlier that evening but there appears to be no sign that he was under the influence when the attack happened.

Brown, who is in police custody, is still on probation from the 2009 domestic violence incident with Rihanna.

Damn Chris, we almost thought your worst days were behind you.
