Ciao Bella, @inewborn here checking in from glamorous Milan, Italy and Fashion Week. So far, our gracious host has shown us an amazing time. He opened his beautiful home and shared his wonderfully fashionable friends. Our Saturday morning wake up call came in an unexpected form. So we started our day as true Italians. Paulo, the architect, came back and joined us for lunch and a walk through the city. While our day was rather quiet, our night was the exact opposite!
12noon
Tasha and I wake to the sound of bells. The bell tower and church off the balcony is highly active and calling the saints to mass.
1pm
Paulo has returned and Andrea wants to grab a quick bite. We plan to get dressed for the day after lunch.
1:15
We should have known a quick bit meant returning to Bar Martini. SO NOT prepared.
2:45
After our own private fashion show of all the different guests, Paulo wants to take a walk. He leads us straight to the most important monument in Milan. Duomo of Milan… Sun shining, the grandness is breathtaking.
4:30pm
A quick bit to eat for lunch has turned into something entirely different as we finally make it back to the apartment. The viewings Andrea has planed for us to attend are on Sunday. He suggests we rest up in preparation for tonight. I suspect he’s still hung over from the night before. Tasha takes his advice. I can’t…. There’s far too much to soak up.
7:45pm
Tasha resurfaces and goes into Stylist mode as she helps get Andrea ready for his dinner meeting.
9pm
Once he’s out the door, we can get ready for the night. Traditional pizza for dinner; I finish up my work, and we’re off!
11:15pm
We arrive at the Philipp Plein party to meet up with Tasha’s friend, Marcelo Burlon, creative mastermind behind County of Milan. He’s the DJ for the night. Its amazing how Tasha is able to draw people in. She met Marcelo just a few weeks before during New York Fashion Week.
Amidst the parting, we can’t forget business. A meeting at his office/showroom is set up for Monday. Now we party!
1:30am
We get a call, and we’re off to the next event. Across town @Ninasky is DJing at Just Cavalli.
2:15am
This is a totally different atmosphere, and all eyes were on us… so say’s Tasha. I want to say it was her hair cut that attracted the attention, but Tasha had her hat on most of the night. We met so many people I can’t remember everyone, or if they’ll remember us.

It’s time to head home…
