Drake’s “Would You Like a Tour?” was supposed to kick of this month, however fans will have to wait a little longer to see the “Started Form The Bottom” rapper hit the stage live.

According to reports, his 41-city North American tour with Miguel and Future has been postponed for three weeks. Drake’s team cited “an intense rehearsal schedule and technical production requirements that will be part of the show” as the reason for the delay.

However, the New York Post reports that slow ticket sales are the real reason why the tour was pushed back.

“While Drake’s single, “Hold On, We’re Going Home,” has cracked the top 10 on iTunes, music insiders tell us that ticket sales at several arenas are sluggish so far,” reports the Post. “What’s more, Drake has stiff competition for fans’ money from Jay Z and Kanye West, who are both kicking off tours this fall.”
