I love foreign films. That moment when you’re so wrapped up in a movie that you stop reading the subtitles because you feel like you understand the language? Yes, I’m here for that. Riveting foreign films come out all the time, but unfortunately they are usually in limited release here in the U.S. Here is a short list of the best ones 2013 has to offer.
