Ingredients

Oranges – 2 medium

Why so RAD?

Being cool is one thing, however being RAD is another. This juice is super fresh and super easy. Perfect breakfast juice and a great source of Vitamin R…I mean Vitamin C!

The Berry Fresh & So Clean: Day 8

Ingredients

Blueberries – 2 cups

Strawberries- 16

Kiwi- 2

Mint- 1 cup

Directions

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

Why so RAD?

This juice can double as a puree…so feel free to break this out at your next BBQ. I am sure a Sangria would love to meet The Berry Fresh & So Clean. Berries are packed with antioxidants so kuddos to that!

Bloody Martha (Bloody Mary’s Healthy Twin Sister): Day 9

Ingredients

Carrots– 2 large

Celery- 3 stalks

Cucumber- 1/2

Parsley- 2 handfuls

Red Pepper- 1/2 medium

Tomatoes- 3 medium

Lemon- 1 fruit

Directions

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

Why so RAD?

Why buy V-8 when you can make a fresh veggie juice! The high content of potassium and phosphorous in this juice helps relieve the symptoms of stress, tiredness, fatigue, muscle weakness, as well as prevent muscle spasms and cramps. So bring on the energy….and the vodka- that’s if you want to spice up your fav brunch cocktail Bloody Mary.

Manic Monday Mango Medley: Day 10

Ingredients

Pineapple- 1 cup

Carrots- 4 medium

Mango- 1/2 medium

Ginger- 1-2 inch knob

Directions

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

Why so RAD?

If your Monday’s are as manic as mine this sweet young thang will bring a little joy to your world. See brighter due to the high Vitamin A content that both the mangos and carrots provide. Smile brighter since the pineapple will strengthen your gums and help keep your teeth healthy and strong, and rejuvenate your digestive system with that glorious ginger. Feeling more calm already? I am. Bring it on Tuesday!

Side Salad Sipper: Day 11

Ingredients

Celery- 2 stalks

Tomatoes- 2 medium

Cucumber- 1/4

Romaine Lettuce- 2 handfuls

Carrots- 2 medium

Granny Smith Apple- 1 medium

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

Side salad in a glass anyone? This is exactly what I had in mind when I started this challenge…but who knew it would taste so good?! Slurp this side salad down without shame next time you feel like you need to get your daily 5 in quick. Nutrients, vitamins, and health benefits galore.

Tropical Tease: Day 12

Ingredients

Watermelon- 1 cup

Pineapple- 1 cup

Mango- 1/2

Directions

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve. Add seltzer water if desired.

Why so RAD?

The sun is shinning super bright today and while I would love to be on a tropical island somewhere I figured this juice would hold me over until that dream comes true. Three’s a crowd and after watermelon, pineapple and mango have blessed my taste buds I can say three’s also a RAD sweet thing. I add seltzer water to this trea,t so whip it up and whip your beach towel out.

Green Means Go!: Day 13

Ingredients

Kale- 2 cups

Spinach- 1 cup

Swiss Chard- 1 cup

Granny Smith Apple- 1 medium

Ginger- 1-2inch thumb

Directions

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

Why so RAD?

Leafy greens are the coolest kids in school…roll with them! Dark green leafy vegetables are, calorie for calorie, probably the most concentrated source of nutrition of any food. They are a rich source of minerals (including iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium) and vitamins, including vitamins K, C, E, and many of the B vitamins. Hello…why are you still reading this?! Sip this powerhouse of a juice already!

Crimson Cooler: Day 14

Ingredients

Watermelon- 2 cups

Red Grapes- 2 cups

Strawberries- 1 cup

Mint- 1 handful

Why so RAD?

Was really missing my line sisters today, so I gathered everything sweet and crimson (like them) in my fridge and made this RAD juice! So cool…just like them. Cheers to the girls who make me better! I love my DST!

Good Morning Sunshine: Day 15

Ingredients

Grapefruit- 1 medium

Orange- 2 medium

Lemon- 1/2

Directions

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

Why so RAD?

Vitamin C is all you need to bring a little internal sunshine into your day. By eating one orange per day, you get 100 percent of the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin C.
