DA Looks To Revoke Chris Brown’s Probation

Chris Brown will face the judge again when he attends court in August for a probation violation hearing. According to TMZ, the DA is asking for revocation based on charges for Chris Brown’s hit and run case. Brown rear ended someone and then failed to present his license and proper insurance. The legal documents claim that Chris, “willfully and unlawfully” broke the law in his hit and run case. Law enforcement sources said that even if the hit and run case is dropped, charges will still be pressed against Brown due to the fact that he has a duty to obey all laws while still on probation. The DA’s request is to revoke his probation and immediately put him into custody.
