It’s been nearly seven years since Dave Chappelle ended his reign on comedy television by walking away from his popular Comedy Central series, “Chappelle’s Show.” Comedy fans have been impatiently waiting for the funnyman’s return, and we are glad to report that the wait is over!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the comedian is co-headlining Funny or Die’s Oddball Comedy & Curiosity Festival, a 13-city summer tour alongside Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement.
The tour kicks off in Austin on August 23 and ends in Phoenix on September 22. Fans can also look forward to special appearances by comics John Mulaney, Kristen Schaal, Demetri Martin and Hannibal Buress.
We wish Chappelle great success on his comeback tour and we are more than certain that he will bring it!
