President Obama had some serious explaining to do at the Asian-American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month celebration yesterday. He was the keynote speaker at the White House-hosted event, but the red lipstick stain on his light blue collar shirt stole the show.
“I want to thank everybody who’s here, the incredible warmth of the reception,” he said. “A sign of the warmth is the lipstick on my collar.”

As everyone burst into laughter, the President joked that “American Idol” alum Jessica Sanchez was to blame his lipstick-smeared collar.
“I have to say, I think I know the culprit. Where’s Jessica Sanchez?” he said, before confessing “it wasn’t Jessica.”
“It was her aunt. Where is she? Auntie, right there,” he pointed out. “Look at this, look at this.”
He went on to say that he wants everyone to be a witness. “I do not want to be in trouble with Michelle,” he joked. “That’s why I’m calling you out right in front of everybody.”
