Many of us first caught a glimpse of the charming boy-faced cook on his debut reality show, “Chef Roble & Co,” on Bravo. This show introduced us to a funky New York born chef, who’s love of mouth-watering flavors and classic meals with a twist, made him a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen.

From cooking in swanky kitchens like Stanton Social to Restaurant Mojo to landing coveted personal chef gigs for stars like Russell Simmons and Michael Jackson, it’s obvious Roble’s culinary skills take the cake. Pun intended.

We recently ran into the adorable chef and chatted with him about everything from #StrugglePlates to delicious moments of lust. Check out the chat below.

*If I was stranded on a desert island I’d bring…I would bring a magnifying glass, so I could always start a fire. I’d bring a knife so I could use it as a weapon, hunting and cooking tool. And I’d bring Kerry Washington.

**How do you express your love…through cooking, caring, paying attention and sex. The sexiest thing I make it a cocktail. I like to make up cocktails. I know that being a mixologist, it’s the same as cooking. It doesn’t involve as much heat. If I had a second career, I’d be a mixologist.

*** The best way to get over a breakup…I’ll be very honest, my remedy for getting over a girl, is to go out with other girls. [laughs] It works like a charm.

**** The one thing that I don’t like about myself…I try to do everything. I’m an over-helper, over-trier and I need to figure out how to say, ‘No,’ more. I try to help everyone. You can’t help everyone and you can’t take on every project.

*****What was your last moment of lust…had to do with a brownie that was made with Belgian chocolate. It had just come out the oven and it was warm. I didn’t want to eat it, but it was forced upon me. Once I ate it, every sense was immediately aroused. And I thought, “How could I consider not eating this?’ It was amazing! I’m actually just now thinking about it.
