3 cups broccoli slaw mix
1 Granny Smith apple, coarsely shredded, with skin
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 tablespoon key lime juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Place broccoli slaw and apple in a bowl. Whisk together lime juice, vinegar, honey and salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli slaw and apple. Mix well, with your hands.
