Michelle Obama is slated to cover the April issue of Vogue and it will be the second time our lovely FLOTUS has graced the cover of the fashion glossy. Fashion photographer, Annie Leibovitz wanted Michelle to let loose and participate in one of her signature shoots, which are typically brightly colored, intensely lit, complete with weird poses.

Michelle was not about that life! She refused to pose in any wild or crazy way and ended up wearing an outfit by Reed Krakoff on the cover and a Michael Kors sweater and ball skirt inside the magazine. The April issue of Vogue hits the shelves next week. I know the photos are going to be stunning, but wouldn’t it have been cool to see the FLOTUS in a whole new light thanks to Leibovitz’s genius?
