44-year-old Clifford Smith of Pacolet, SC choked a woman in a wheelchair for eating the last piece of chicken at a gathering. Evidently Smith takes his chicken very seriously and wanted the piece the wheelchair-bound woman ate. He wanted the crispy fried goodness so bad, he attacked her for it!

According to reports, Smith not only choked her, but he smacked a beer bottle against a wall and hit her too! When the woman attempted to call 911, he smashed her phone.
Smith has been charged with simple assault and vandalism.
