When you’ve worked in the music industry as long as Winter Ramos, you are bound to have witnessed an array of things, heard a few whispers and been involved in a few bad relationships.
We know Winter Ramos as the chick who slept with our favorite artists. Her introduction on “Love & Hip Hop” was an unflattering mess that led to a title Winter doesn’t want other women to aspire to. The Latina businesswoman has done pretty much every job in the music industry. She’s worked closely with Fabolous and was involved with Ja Rule, Ashanti and Irv Gotti during the Murder Inc reign. But it wasn’t until recently, that the jack-of-all-trades became a house hold name. TV has that kind of power. After a few small appearances on VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop,” Winter gained a negative notoriety directly related to the lifestyle she openly flaunts. Perhaps her book “Game Over,” can shed some light on her past and current state of mind. We spoke with Winter about the memoir and what she really wants the world to know about her career.
