The Pageant
Finally, it was time for the pageant and if you could think of everything that could possibly go wrong on this day, that was exactly what happened. First, when Cynthia went to pick up Boris Kodjoe from the hotel, he was wearing jeans and a shirt instead of the normal pageant attire, which was a suit. At that moment, Cynthia knew the day would be a disaster. Once they arrived at the venue, the script was out of order, they forgot to bring out the teen contestants, they screwed up all the girls’ names and it took forever to announce the winners! Although things looked and sounded very bad, it actually wasn’t that bad at all, and Cynthia was proud of herself that she was able to pull it off. Congratulations to the ladies for getting through one episode without attempting to kill each other.
