Chris Brown is often the scapegoat for a slow news day. He is the man, the public loves to pick on. I will even go as far as to say, some people even want to see him fail and when he’s close to slipping over the edge, #TeamHateBreezy is there to deliver the final push. He was recently involved in a fight with “Thinking Bout You” singer Frank Ocean, who insists Breezy threw the first punch, inciting the brawl that made headline news the next day. With Brown’s violent history and Frank–R&B Jesus to the LGBT community–no one would even think twice about contesting Frank’s claim. Anyways, that’s a whole other story!
Breezy, who even I have said needs to have a seat, took to Instagram to share his frustrations regarding the Ocean altercation, recent legal troubles regarding him allegedly providing false information to the courts about his community service hours and the everyday scrutiny of his existence.
“I’m wise, I can handle the hate but enough is enough yo!!,” he said. “Even if I did relax, I wouldn’t stop hearing about it … telling me to ignore it is like telling me to walk around with a blindfold and stick ear plugs in my ear.”
