I’m so thankful that I live in a time and place where women are able to be first-class citizens and vote, proudly. This is my third election and so far, each of them has felt like the first. I stand impatiently in line and by the time I reach the private booth, I almost tear up, imagining my single vote being a part of a bigger picture for a better tomorrow. As corny as it sounds, I never get tired of being a woman with a voice.
