Melanie Fiona is one of our favorite songstresses here at HelloBeautiful. She is exactly what we represent. She’s passionate, talented, strong, beautiful, has a great sense of humor and style and carries all these qualities with an effortless swag that gives us life!
With her album, “The MF Life” dancing through speakers of music lovers, Melanie’s proved that she not only has the gritty, yet melodically beautiful vocals, but she’s also got “it.” You know, that proverbial, intangible thing that makes Fiona hot like fire, but cold as ice. She’s just…about that life. Check out the songbird in our 5-Star Treatment!
*If I was stranded on a desert island I’d bring…OMG, I would take my camera so I could document everything I was doing on the deserted island. I don’t want to forget about that time in my life. I would take music, naturally. I would take something to write with and on–a notebook to keep track of things and write songs.
**What’s in your bag…I’ve got hand sanitizer, a little makeup bag with all the essentials, a pair of tweasers, perfume–you always want to smell good, you never know where you’ll end up, cell phone and do I have anything else interesting in there? Some keys. I’m always like Mary Poppins, I downgraded tonight. [laughs]
*** The best way to get over a breakup...I think time is the only way to get over a breakup. Time heals everything. There’s work that you can do on yourself. Having somebody else to remind you what it is to have a positive outlook on love again also helps getting over a breakup. When a breakup happens, things usually haven’t ended well. That’s why it ended. When someone else can come along and remind you of the optimistic side of love, it’s a good thing. Not a rebound situation, but a genuine reinforcement of love.
**** The one thing that I don’t like about myself…I am a master procrastinator. I always get the job done, but I might need a few reminders to do it. Time management has always been a thing for me.
*****My last moment of lust…was running into somebody I haven’t seen in along time and maximizing the moment of not seeing him again for a long time! [evil laughs]
