The singer appeared in court and testified at a hearing in detail how a paparazzo named Jamie Fawcett, ambushed her and her husband, Stephen Belafonte, when they were out on kayaks in Sydney Harbour last week.
According to Brown:
Fawcett stirred up “big waves” with his boat while circling her and her personal assistant to take pictures, which resulted in a nasty verbal exchange between the photog and her hubby in which Fawcett allegedly told him, “You don’t know you are f–king with. I will kill you.”
The judge ordered Jamie Fawcett to refrain from “loitering” less than 160 feet away from the 37-year-old Brown, who’s been living Down Under while she’s a judge on X Factor Australia.
The order will remain in effect until November 22 when the case returns to court.
