Fresh off a mediocre performance at the 2012 MTV VMAs, Rihanna announced the dates to her 2013 “Diamond World Tour” today (that’s what we’d call bad timing). The 27-city expedition will begin on March 8th 2013 and span three months until she ends up in New York at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn. Tickets go on sale Friday, September 14th at LiveNation.com.
