Last night’s “Single Ladies” proved that you can find love in the midst of a storm, literally. While Raquel is busy getting It on with her new boyfriend, Charles, she can barely stay awake because he’s literally wearing her out. Keisha notices that it’s a little weird that the two of them make out while making full eye contact with each other, but Raquel doesn’t seem to find anything wrong with it. “I don’t want to belittle our spiritual connection,” Raquel tells Keisha. Hey, if you like it we love it Raquel!

Keisha and Malcolm’s friendship seems to be going just fine, and even though she’s happy to have Malcolm back in her life as a friend, she’s becoming more interested in Sean (finally!).

Things are going great with Raquel and Reggie. Reggie suggests that the two of them go on a weekend getaway to Puerto Rico and he even tells her that he’s falling in love with her. April tells Reggie that she’s ready to go to the long haul with him too! Finally, things are looking up for April in the relationship department!

Sean returns back to Atlanta from his business trip with an injured ankle and then finds out that Keisha has been hanging out with Malcolm while he was away. Keisha assures him that nothing happened between the two of them, and she confesses that while he was away, Keisha realized her feelings for Sean were stronger than she thought. Of course, Sean is thrilled,  and the two make love.

Reggie heads to pick April up from the boutique so they can head to the airport for their romantic getaway, but Omar tells them that a storm is coming and their flight is actually canceled. This isn’t just an ordinary storm, it’s a tornado, and everyone goes into an immediate panic. Keisha and Sean arrive at the boutique to take shelter in the storage room, and everybody else does the same, except Raquel who remembers that she ‘s left the windows in her apartment open. Charles, being the big strong man that he is, volunteers to go with Raquel back up to her apartment to close her bedroom windows before the storm gets too bad.

Raquel and Charles get on the elevator and before they know it, the power goes out in the building and they two of them are stuck on the elevator in the midst of the storm!  Raquel goes into panic mode, and Charles assures her that everything will be okay. He uses his normal sexual nature to calm her down, and the two do what they do best, only for Charles to tell Raquel that he’s in love with her after they’ve finished. Raquel responds with “thank you”, making their situation even more awkward than before.

Back at the boutique, everyone has taken cover, including Veronica who was shopping for dresses but is not stuck with the group since it’s too dangerous for her to go back outside. Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue, but because she and Sean seem to have history together, drama is bound to happen.

Veronica confronts Sean, and Sean tells Keisha that he did date Veronica briefly but it wasn’t serious and he was just using her for sex, basically. Keisha is shocked to hear this, but realizes that she really can’t be mad at Sean since they weren’t technically together when he was dating Veronica.

Reggie and Sean escape to the back room to have a drink and do a little talking of their own. Reggie confides in Sean that he’s uncomfortable with April wanting to move in together, and thinks they may be moving too fast. He leaves from the store and texts April telling her, “I can’t do this. Sorry.”

After the storm is finally over, Raquel and Charles return to the group from the elevator, and April is sad to realize that she and Reggie have actually broken up, through a text message. At least Reggie was being honest.
