Berry is rumored to have gotten breast implants early in her career, and while the Academy Award-winning actress has denied having plastic surgery, she hasn’t ruled anything out. “No, I haven’t,” she told Reader’s Digest in 2007, when she was 40 years old, according to People. “But that’s one thing I’ll never say never about.” She added, “”I hope I will evolve as a person who realizes it’s really not about my physical appearance and not be drawn to that seductive knife.”

According to FamousPlastic.com, however, proof of Halle Berry’s breast augmentation surgery can be seen in the tiny scar visible on one of her armpits. The website’s experts posit that Berry received silicon implants via a “transaxillary breast augmentation,” a surgery in which an incision is made in the fold of the armpit. Some also speculate that Berry has had a nose job, and that after she gave birth to daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry in March 2008, she underwent liposuction.

Whether she’s had breast implants, nose jobs, “mommy makeovers,” or whatever other procedures fans allege, she’s doing something right. Berry remains stunning and continues to do good work.
