NYLean25 Week Two Recap: I Lost 5 Pounds In One Week! [VIDEO]

Danielle Young before & after Dedication is the name of the game. As my second week of NYLean25 came to a close, I realized that waking up at 5:30 am three days a week isn’t as bad as I thought it was and I actually look forward to getting to class and exhausting myself because the results are starting to show! I’ve lost five pounds and counting!

There’s nothing like seeing your hard work actually pay off. This is what motivates me to keep pushing, keep sweating and keep eating clean. The results are leading me to tap deep into myself for the strength and willpower to keep going. I’ve realized that I am in this for much longer than my seven week commitment. This has become a lifestyle for me. I feel accomplished and hope that every week, the results are similar or even better!
