Who knew the day after Valentine’s Day would be a day full of apologies? 1-800-Flowers, the Santa Claus of V-Day celebrations, is issuing out major apologies via Twitter to unhappy customers since late last night. Late deliveries, ruined surprises, droopy flowers and just bad customer service are a few of the complaints. Check some of the company’s responses. Will you be using 1-800-Flowers next year?
