Rihanna was spotted out kickin’ it on the streets of New York City yesterday. She wore a plaid shirt, grey tank top and jean shorts. Despite the 100+ degree weather, she managed to keep her cool. She’s continuing on with her LOUD tour, making stops in Philly this weekend. I had the chance to catch her concert when she hit New Jersey on Thursday and I must say, if you haven’t seen Rih in concert, her LOUD tour is a must!!
