Rihanna had dinner at Cipriani in NYC with her producer last night, and guess who was spotted outside the restaurant in his SUV? If you said Chris Brown, you’re right!!! Chris was in his car talking to someone on his cell phone. Let’s hope he wasn’t planning where they were going to meet up later!!!

Rihanna and Chris were checked into the same NYC hotel over the weekend but he checked out when he heard she was there. He reportedly spoke to her over the phone after finding out she was at the hotel.
