Four years ago a young lady with mature talents named Tiffany Evans graced our television screens with R&B superstar Ciara in her debut music video “Promise Ring.” Miss Evans then reminded us in 2008 of how much she had grown with the up-beat song “I’m Grown” featuring Bow Wow.
