Mayahuel
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Herradura Reposado Tequila
.5 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
.75 oz Fresh orange juice
.5 oz Fresh lime juice
.75 oz Agave syrup
6-8 Mint leaves
Dash Angostura Orange Bitters
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a wine glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish the drink with a mint sprig.

Patrón Perfect Cosmo
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Patrón Silver Tequila
.75 Patrón Citrónge Orange Liqueur
Splash of cranberry juice
Squeeze of lime
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Anejo Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS:
3 oz Partida Anejo Tequila
.25 oz Agave nectar
Dash Angostura Bitters
Orange peel
PREPARATION:
In an old fashioned glass lightly muddle the orange peel, bitters and agave nectar. Add ice and Partida Anejo Tequila. Stir and garnish with a brandied cherry.

Cider House Rules
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
1.5 oz Fresh apple cider
.5 oz Club soda
.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
Ground cinnamon
PREPARATION:
Rim the edge of a highball glass with cinnamon. Add Don Julio Blanco Tequila, fresh apple cider, club soda, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Cover and shake well. Strain contents into the highball glass full of fresh ice.
