Cicely Tyson’s still on the scene, and she’s got a whoooole lot goin on with this NAACP Image Awards red carpet outfit.

I think she’s going for the old school flapper look, but the blazer and the sparkles and the hat and the pearls and the frills and the….. there’s just a lot going on.
